Agave 'Cream Spike'

Agave variegate! This little plant has to be one of the coolest agave variegates for pot culture. The compact size, fantastic color, and beautiful form make this plant a knockout in the succulent collection. One can't help but admire how well the black teeth and spines contrast with the cream edged green leaves. If this plant were a dessert it would be comparable to Creme Brulee. Truly a great plant for container culture.

Note: It is now becoming generally accepted that this cultivar is a selection of Agave applanata or related species not Agave parryi as it has been listed in the past
