Agave weberi 'Arizona Star'

Variegated Agave weberi! The standard Agave weberi is one of our favorite agaves. We love the bluish green color of the plant, the absence of teeth on the margins of the leaves and the elegant growth form. So, it was exciting to find a variegated form of this already great agave. Broad creamy bands line the edges of the leaves and enliven the bluish-green zone that runs down the center. This clone does have minute, fine teeth that run along the leaf margins but these teeth are benign and unobjectionable.
