Devil's shoestring! This beargrass has mounding grass-like foliage that over time can reach 6' or more across. It is outstanding on ledges or in containers where its long foliage can drape. Clusters of creamy flowers on short stalks distinguish this species from others that produce their flowers on tall panicles above the foliage. Devil's shoestring prefers exposed sites in poor soil.
