Silver European Fan Palm! An unusual variety from the mountains of Morocco that has distinctly silver-blue leaves! This characteristic is acquired with age, as is true with most blue-leaved palms. Exact hardiness is unknown but I would treat as all palms - grow in a container until has becomes to large to handle and then plant in a protected location in late spring. Avoid late season feeding or watering to encourage a hardening-off before frost. Tested cold hardy in Raleigh, North Carolina.
