Turk's Head's at 5,000 feet! One of the largest growing barrel-type cactus that are winter hardy in (zone 6-9). Our offerings were collected near Paisano Peak, Alpine, Texas were winter lows regularly dip down to zero albeit dry in winter snow does accumulate at times. The clean lemon-yellow flowers are breathtaking and the greenish-brown ripe fruits that result are delicious and reminiscent of kiwi's in flavor.
